Since joining CPC Logistics in January 2003, Joel Zanella has been assigned to the Walgreen Company domicile location in Waxahachie, TX. His driver career started at the suggestion of his best friend, Greg. Joel and Greg grew up doing everything together; learning to ride bicycles, dirt bikes, motorcycles and drive cars. One day Greg told Joel that he planned to get his CDL and asked if Joel would be interested in getting a CDL as well. Joel responded, “Sure, why not?”
Joel is a true Professional Truck Driver who takes pride in everything he does. He earned his One Million Mile Safe Driving Award in 2014 and has remained accident-free since his employment with CPC. Joel serves as our driver trainer for new employees and sets the example for younger drivers who are just getting their start in the driver profession.
In his free time Joel enjoys spending time with his family. Whether it is an afternoon in the park, playing catch in the backyard, or going fishing with his kids, Joel tries to spend as much time as possible with his family when he’s not working.

I try to start my day with a positive attitude and stay focused and patient when it comes to dealing with vehicles on the road and the customer. I try and put the store needs first and come up with positive solutions to any problems that may arise.
