Doug joined CPC in 1984. As president Doug is responsible for operations as well as all administrative offices both foreign and domestic. Doug also works with the members of the Board of Directors to support the growth and stability of CPC and ensure that CPC’s focus remains on our most valuable assets, our customers and drivers. Doug is a 1981 graduate of St. Louis University and is a licensed Certified Public Accountant and an active member of both the AICPA and Missouri Society of CPA’s.
Bob is a Business Administration (B.S.) graduate of the University of Southern California. He also obtained his Masters of Business Administration (M.B.A.) from California State University. With the sale of his company to CPC, Bob joined CPC as the VP of Operations in 1992 and currently is Executive Vice President of Western Operations for the corporation. Bob is a former author and instructor in the Private Fleet Management Institute of the National Private Truck Council, as well as a Board Member with the NPTC and the Driver Employer Council of America. Bob recently completed a second term on the Board of Directors of the National Private Truck Council and currently is on the Board of Governors with NPTC.
Larry joined CPC in 1979 and has supported Operations in various management positions. He is currently the Executive Vice President of Operations for our Midwest division in our St. Louis location and manages our Drug & Alcohol Testing Program. Larry is responsible for 10 regional offices and supports the national coordination of some of our key client accounts.
Butch joined CPC in 1982, as an Account Manager in the Memphis area, upon graduation from the University of Tennessee-Chattanooga. Throughout his tenure at CPC, he has been in supervisory roles, including Regional and Divisional Manager. Currently based in Atlanta, Butch is our Executive Vice President of Operations for the Eastern Division, and oversees 14 regional offices and supports the national coordination of some of our key client accounts. Butch is a past Board Member of the Driver Employer Council of America.
John joined the company in 2001 following 10 years in the commercial insurance industry. Responsible for the Risk Management and Safety Departments for the company. Graduated from Missouri State University with a degree in Communications Management and has earned Certified Workers Compensation Professional designation from Michigan State University School of Labor and Industry.
After obtaining his law degree, Jeff oversaw legal, risk management and operational responsibilities at Manpower, Inc., the parent company of Transpersonnel. Then, after earning his MBA, he became President of Transpersonnel Inc., a position he held for 5 years prior to the acquisition of the company by CPC in 2004. Jeff is currently responsible for new Sales for CPC and is based in Wisconsin.
Hunter is a graduate of the University of Missouri – Columbia School of Law and member of the Missouri Bar. Hunter started doing legal work for CPC through his private practice in 2001 and in 2009 was hired by CPC as its Associate General Counsel. Hunter lives in St. Louis, Missouri with his wife and three daughters.
Originally joined the CPC team in 1993 as a vendor supporting the IT infrastructure and hired on full time in December of 2009. Responsible for the Information Technology Department which includes technology and infrastructure in the remote offices as well the corporate office in St Louis. Graduated from Washington University in St. Louis with an Electrical Engineering degree and has since earned certifications as a MCSE, MCITP, and a Chancellor’s certificate from UMSL in Database Technology.
Joined the CPC team in 2005. Responsible for the accounting, financial and tax matters of the company and its’ subsidiaries. Graduated from University of Missouri-Columbia in 1989 with a BS in Accounting and is a licensed CPA and member of the AICPA and Missouri Society of CPAs.
Bill is our Division Manager based in Pennsylvania. He joined CPC in 2007 as an Operations Manager with over 20 years in Transportation Management. His Transportation Management background includes small package and air operations, LTL, 3PL, Cryogenics and Private Fleets. Bill earned his CTP certification from the National Private Truck Council in 2013.
Joining the CPC team in 2007 as an operations manager, Raymond is currently a Division Manager of the western region. He comes to us with 16 years of management experience in the transportation industry.
Scott originally joined the CPC team as a manager in 1997. Now based in Ohio as a Division Manager, he divides his time between his numerous duties within the division along with managing select national accounts. Scott is a graduate of The University of Indianapolis and a former officer in the United States Air Force. He is an active member of the National Private Truck Council and earned his CTP designation from the NPTC in 2009.
Based in Memphis, Jim joined CPC in 1995 as an Operations Supervisor. Since that time he has held positions as an Operations Manager and Regional Manager. As with many of our supervisors, Jim was a driver for over 20 years before joining the management team.
Ken began his career with CPC in 2003 as an Operations Manager and Regional Manager for Virginia, North Carolina and South Carolina. His background in transportation includes Terminal Manager and Safety Director with “for hire” carriers. He is a graduate of Campbell University.
